Challenger 3 point Roller Reamers
The Challenger 3 point mud-lubricated Roller Reamer provides excellent hole gauge reaming with minimal torque assuring you of the best hole conditioning available.
This proven reliable design equipped with Carbide inserted cutters can be changed out on location if required.
Reamers can be provided for all popular hole sizes. Typically ran to hole size to assure best results however can also be ran under gauge if required. Additional types of cutters all available for different formations if needed.

Challenger Taper Blade Reamers
Taper Blade Reamers (TBR) are ideal for all applications including reaming key seats
and hole conditioning.
With no moving parts you are assured of no downhole problems with components coming apart. The TBR provides the greatest amount of reaming surface area
providing you with the most aggressive reaming device available.
TBR’s are often ran under gauge in order to deliver less torque to the Drill String.
Challenger IBS Stabilization
Challenger Stabilizers are manufactured from High Strength alloy steel. The blades are an integral part of the tool body, eliminating the risk of leaving components down hole.
Our Stabilizers are designed to provide optimum hole wall contact while ensuring maximum fluid by pass area.
Blades are coated with various types of hard surfacing in order to provide maximum wear resistance.
The Challenger Stabilizer is ideal in Packed hole and Pendulum applications, also to reduce vibration and drill collar whip when placed properly.
